For self-study courses

A refund is possible within 10 days after the start of the course, i.e. after the first access to the course. Please inform us by e-mail if you wish to cancel the course.

For online courses with a teacher

A refund is possible until the start of the third lesson. If you wish to cancel the course, please contact us by e-mail before the lesson begins.

Self-study courses

Access to the self-study courses is available immediately after receipt of payment.

Online courses

Participation in the online courses is possible after receipt of payment. The lesson time depends on the time of the booked course.

Technical requirements

Self-study courses

The self-study courses are also accessible on smartphones. However, some tasks can only be completed with a computer mouse. We therefore recommend using a tablet (e.g. iPad) or a laptop/desktop and a computer mouse.

For some tasks you will need a microphone and a loudspeaker.

Online courses

Here, too, the courses are generally accessible on smartphones, but we recommend using a device with a larger screen, as the lecturer's screen sharing work also takes place. A microphone and headphones or earphones are also required.
